Specialist, People & Culture

Jacqueline Binnick
I’ve always been drawn to work that puts people first, and Ontario Genomics does exactly that. I couldn’t be more excited to bring my passion for community and culture to a team doing such meaningful work.

Jacqueline Binnick joined Ontario Genomics in 2026 as their People and Culture Specialist. Born and raised in Toronto, she pursued her Bachelor degree at the University of Toronto and went on to George Brown to study Human Resources Management. Prior to her role, Jacqueline spent a decade in the Toronto Public Library system. During this time, she discovered her love of serving Toronto’s vibrant and diverse communities which ultimately led her to Ontario Genomics, where she can support and champion a dynamic team working to improve the quality of life and future for all Ontarians. Jacqueline is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to do their best work.
