Chi Nguyen joined Ontario Genomics in August 2023, bringing with her more than 17 years of financial leadership experience. She is an expert at building and leading global finance teams through process and system transformations and strategic planning.

Chi holds a CPA designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.

Before joining Ontario Genomics, Chi was the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at CHS Canada Inc., one of the leading North America distributors and manufacturers of medical devices. Prior to that, she was with Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Canada Inc., global biotech company.

A champion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Chi has participated in and driven D&I initiatives to promote team engagement and enhance a culture of collaboration.
