OGI strongly believes in supporting Ontario high school teachers who want to bring effective and innovative teaching of genomics into their classroom. We recognize that some teachers may be at a disadvantage as school sin the public and separate school systems are under-resourced and do not have equipment to teach genomics in their classroom.

Canadian Association of Science Centres (CASC)
The Canadian Association of Science Centres (CASC) has funding available to support science and/or technology interns at your organisation. The Canadian Association of Science Centres’ (CASC) is conducting the Science Interns Outreach Project, a part of Natural Resources Canada’s Science and Technology Internship Program. The Science and Technology Internship Program provides an opportunity to recent graduates in science or engineering to gain relevant and meaningful work experiences within their field of studies.
