The Plant and Animal Genome XX Conference is designed to provide a forum on recent developments and future plans for plant and animal genome projects. Consisting of technical presentations, poster sessions, exhibits and workshops, the conference is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and applications on this internationally important project.

OGI strongly believes in supporting Ontario high school teachers who want to bring effective and innovative teaching of genomics into their classroom.  We recognize that some teachers may be at a disadvantage as school sin the public and separate school systems are under-resourced and do not have equipment to teach genomics in their classroom.

A decade of genomics discovery and innovation in Ontario

The Canadian Association of Science Centres (CASC) has funding available to support science and/or technology interns at your organisation. The Canadian Association of Science Centres’ (CASC) is conducting the Science Interns Outreach Project, a part of Natural Resources Canada’s Science and Technology Internship Program.  The Science and Technology Internship Program provides an opportunity to recent graduates in science or engineering to gain relevant and meaningful work experiences within their field of studies.
