More than 125 people attended this open public forum, which OGI presented - in partnership with MaRS and the Canadian Biotechnology Education Resource Centre (CBERC) and with the support of BIOTECanada - to kick off National Biotechnology Week. Here are just a few examples of what forum attendees had to say: Good solid variety of perspectives on a current issue - geared towards an educated but not specialist audience. Comprehensive approach from four different aspects - all delivered in a very articulate manner. Very informative even for a student or non-scientist. I really enjoyed the presentations and found them to be quite engaging. The presentations had a substantial amount of information that was presented in a comprehensive manner.
